For the sum of $ . A deposit fee of $ 50.00 is held until after said agreement has transpired and shall be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the tent by the Owner or his agent. All fees are due prior to the tent installation.

In consideration of acceptance of this rental agreement, I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, waive and release all rights and claims for any damages which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me, against the Owner, in conjunction with the subject tent rental.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Rentals are normally set up on the day before and taken down on the day after the agreement date. In June, during Open House season, however, Sunday rentals are sometimes put up early in the morning on Sunday (7AM-9AM) and Saturday rentals are taken down early Sunday morning (6AM-8AM). In all cases we will call you on the Wednesday prior to the date to confirm setup and take down times.

Two sides are provided separately in a bag for each unit. In the event that they are needed they can be quickly attached. The tent installation crew will review the procedure with you during setup.
